Due to the increased volume of orders,\u00a0our standard order delivery times are extended to approximately 3-4 weeks. We understand the importance of timely deliveries and we are doing our best to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible.<\/div>

I just placed an order, when will it ship?<\/h5>We are working hard to get your order to you as fast as possible. We are just as eager for you to start enjoying your new products as you are eager to receive them! Please allow 7-14 days for your order to be shipped out and 3 weeks from the purchase date for your order to be delivered. We strive to get your products to you as soon as possible, however production speed and shipping times do vary. Tracking numbers will be available 3-5 days after your order has been SHIPPED.

What is the policy in the event I am not satisfied with a product?<\/h5>
We offer a 100% money back guarantee if your product is defective or damaged. You will have 30 days after contacting us to send your item back to us for a full refund. You are responsible for purchasing your own label to mail the package back to us. Once we have received your product, we will refund the full amount of your original purchase. Kindly include your name and order number on your returned parcel to ensure your refund is processed correctly and promptly.<\/div>

Yes. You are eligible for free cancellation on any order you place as long as you do so before the item(s) shipped. If the item is already shipped, please refer to the aforementioned steps to receive a full refund.<\/div>

No problem! If you have entered an incorrect address, simply reply to your order confirmation email with the correct mailing address. Kindly notify us at<\/div><\/div>
